I really likes this. Made the party decor soo much easy. I was very excited about the color of these balloons. I brought them to the party store to blow up. They called and said that one of the letters was already ripped. Then, they called again saying the 1 from 21 popped.

Learn more about Amazon Prime. To get the confetti to stick, you just place a very small drop of water into the confetti balloon with a straw and rub the balloon to distribute the water inside - then drain excess onto a paper towel.
When you inflate with helium, the confetti will blow through the balloon and stick. For the numbered balloons - just a side note They cost substantially more at Party Depot so this is a good value. Just do not over inflate them to the point where you can't gently press on the balloon.
I used clear fishing wire to make it appear that they were floating. Adhesive tabs were also included so you could stick the numbered balloons to a wall. The numbered balloons are still inflated 48 hours later.

Took to local store and had them all helium. Very inexpensive to have filled. Banner and balloons looked great for our homemade photo booth wall! I was excited to have these as my main table decorations, unfortunately 3 came damaged and I had to go to party city and pay I used everything else.
Great quality but I spent more money buying new balloons than what I paid for all the decorations. The regular balloons worked well but the glitter balloons did not work at all. We filled them with helium and they lasted about 5 minutes before they fell. The glitter in the balloons was too heavy and despite putting in more helium we could not get them to float.
